What s mean
 TALL_TEE- is a extra long tshirt worn by guys who are in to hip-hop or rap. As the name suggest s,it was made for people who are tall,and worn by a tall person it s look ok. In south Texas, most males are about 5'3" so they just look like they are wearing dresses.  Which as everyone knows, is a crucial part of the gangster image. It is  also considered verry stylish to leave the neon-colored"tall" sticker on the shirt, so that everyone knows you didnt wash it first. Also, if the belt loops of your pant s show below the bottom of your tall tee, for instance around your ankles,you are totally baddass.
BAGGY- baggy pant s is a fad in the wigger community where they were cloths a couple of size bigger. This actually started in the early 1980's by african-american gang members shoplifter to allow more room to store stolen item s in. The act of ,, baggy pant s was ,,copied" by the wigger community without knowing the meaning.
Strangly enought,african-american gang member do not wear them during times of street fight. Having your pants at your knees limits mobility.
